Intelligent Global Pooling Systems (iGPS Company, LLC), provider of the world’s leading pallet rental solution featuring lightweight, plastic pallets with embedded radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, has appointed Meredith Neizer as Chief Operating Officer of the company. Neizer brings over three decades of supply chain experience to iGPS, including senior-level responsibilities in global and domestic operations, distribution and logistics.
“We are delighted to have an executive of Meredith Neizer’s caliber become part of iGPS’ leadership team,” said Richard DiStasio, Chief Executive Officer of iGPS. “Meredith’s multi-dimensional experience and record of success will be a great asset to our company as she assumes responsibility for both operations and asset management.”

Neizer joins iGPS from US Foods where she was Senior Vice President, Operations and led operations, logistics, safety and replenishment functions. She has held senior positions at Martin-Brower, a foodservice distribution company and at Maersk-Sealand, a leading global shipping company. She holds a B.S. (Honors) from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She was awarded a White House Fellowship working for the Secretary of Defense and she has served as a political appointee at federal and state levels.
