Scott Group has launched its new, bespoke pallet pooling service, Scott Pooling Solutions, at Ecobuild 2012 – the world’s biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment, held at the ExCel arena in London from 20th to 22nd March 2012.
Scott Pooling Solutions will operate as a new division within the Scott Group, offering sustainable pallet pooling services which are specifically designed around customers’ needs and challenges when it comes to the safe handling and delivery of their products in the supply chain. By implementing a customer focused, consultative approach to pallet pooling, this new service brings something completely new to the market.
Norman Scott said “We are very excited about launching our new pallet pooling service, and Ecobuild provides the perfect platform to showcase Scott Pooling Solutions to a sector which is already committed to reducing its carbon footprint and increasingly demanding, more environmentally friendly and sustainable ways of working.
“This offering not only demonstrates our on going development as a Group, but also reinforces our continual commitment to innovation and sustainable practice, with customers at the heart of our strategy.”
“We have listened to our customers and the market at large, and will be tailoring our products and service to suit their requirements by offering a range of high quality, bespoke pallet pools. Identifiable green pallets will be available for rental by our customers which we will distribute for use, recover and repair for re-distribution.”
