You can read more about the change, find The Kitchn here, or hide this message.Katy of Mom and Her Drill recently created this rustic wall out of salvaged wood pallets. The end result is a beautiful, unique wall that has greatly transformed her space. Lucky for us, this is a fairly easy DIY!
Katy recommends visiting local pallet companies. They will most likely have hundreds of pallets available for your taking. The pallets are usually free making this an incredibly cheap DIY. You must separate the wood planks from the pallets and nail or glue each plank onto the wall. There may be some simple wood cutting in order for the planks to match up on your specific wall. Also, sanding may be necessary depending on the aesthetic you want.
Katy gives plenty of detailed information on her post Wall Reveal.
